Free Parking - The pay and display car park at Westgate is managed by Chichester District Council. We operate a free parking scheme for customers using the leisure centre staying up to 2 hours. To get your ticket simply use the pay and display machine as though paying but you just have to press the green button without inserting any money and a ticket will be produced. Display the ticket in your car windscreen as normal. It is important to display a ticket as failure to do so could result in fixed penalty notice (fine).
