Monday - Friday: 6.30am -  9.30pm
Saturday: 7am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm

Health Suite Opening Times:

Monday - Friday: am - 9.00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9.00am - 6pm

Toning Suite Opening Times:

Monday - Friday: 7.15am - 7.15pm
Saturday: 8.15am - 4.15pm
Sunday: 9.15am - 4.15pm
