Everyone deserves to enjoy the water, and we're here to make every swim easy, comfortable and enjoyable. From easy access and accessible changing facilities to our pool hoist and pool pod, we offer a range of features to help you feel confident from the moment you arrive.

We believe fitness should be accessible to everyone.
That’s why we’ve created an inclusive gym environment where you can build confidence, try new things, and celebrate your progress without pressure. Whether it’s your first visit or your hundredth, you’ll always be supported here. Our knowledgeable team are always on hand to give you that extra support if you need it.

Hidden disabilities
We support people with all disabilities — both visible and hidden — and we’re here to make sure you feel comfortable, confident, and included every time you visit.
We’re proud to support the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme. If you or someone you’re visiting with has a hidden or dynamic disability, wearing a sunflower lanyard is a simple way to let our team know you might need a little extra support with no pressure to explain.
We also provide accessible changing facilities, available for any member who needs them — including those with hidden or dynamic disabilities.

Our Website & third party applications
Our booking and membership system is provided by Legend, a trusted third-party application used to manage bookings and memberships at Soar Valley Leisure Centre. While the application is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, some areas do not yet fully meet accessibility standards. We're working with Legend to improve accessibility and make the experience as inclusive as possible for all users.
